Administrators find the member’s billing period and confirmed payments when a swimmer or parent asks.

  • Online and cash payments in one record.
  • Cash payments approved by an administrator.
  • SmartBill invoices for the payment types you choose.

SmartBill can use the swimming membership, billing period and amount paid. The school configures billing details.

Questions about your club · Swimming

Talk to the Fluxum team
Can children and adults have separate groups?

Yes. Create classes with their own names, schedules and instructors. The school defines age or ability groups.

Does every child need a phone for attendance?

QR check-in is for members using the app. This flow does not assume every child owns a phone. Authorised staff can review recorded attendance.

Does the timetable manage pool-lane reservations?

Class schedules organise lessons, groups and instructors. Pool-lane availability and reservations are managed separately.

Can I start without entering a card?

Yes. Free platform access starts after signup, with no payment or card required. Use it within the free plan’s member limit, then choose a paid plan when you need more.

How does SmartBill invoicing work?

Connect and activate your club’s own SmartBill account. Choose separately whether to invoice card and cash payments, and whether documents are drafts or final invoices. Invoices use the membership details, billing period and actual amount paid. Cash is invoiced after admin approval when that option is enabled. Romanian SPV and e-Factura transmission are configured in SmartBill.
